OcaƱa is to Colombian municipality located in the department of Norte de Santander. It is the capital of the province of OcaƱa and its economy is based on gastronomy, agriculture and tourism. It is located in the northeast area and is connected by national highways with Bucaramanga, CĆŗcuta and Santa Marta.
It has the unique Los Estoraques natural area, which was declared to “Well of Cultural Interest” and “National Monument”, located one kilometer from La Playa de BelĆ©n and 27 kilometers from the municipal seat.
