Tuluá is located in the central region of the department of Valle del Cauca, it is the fourth municipality with the most inhabitants of Valle del Cauca.
It is a commercial, demographic, cultural, industrial, financial and agricultural engine in the center of the department.
Its extensive rural area ranges from the plain of the geographical valley of the Cauca River, the intermediate undulations and the high mountains belonging to the central mountain range. TulĂşa is located approximately 100 km from Cali, 172 km from Buenaventura and 24 km from Buga.
